Our guide will pick you up along with private transportation at 6:00 am from your hotel. Then we go to the town of Tinke with a trip of 3 hours and a half until we reach the hiking point. Once we get there, your professional chef will prepare the first breakfast and we will also meet our trekking team that will accompany us during the trip. After enjoying breakfast. Then we prepare to start our walk. During the walk, you will have moments to observe the landscape, nature, and animals of the area such as alpacas, llamas, sheep, and you will be able to see the Nevado de Ausangate from afar. Once we arrive at the Upis camp there will be lunch prepared by your chef. After lunch you will have free time to rest or you can also go up to visit the Upis Cocha lagoon. It is above our camp, 1 hour walk. The lagoon is at the foot of the snowy Ausangate. The visit is optional depending on your personal preferences. We return to our camp in Upis where you will have dinner and spend the night.

We get up with a coca tea or tea. Then a delicious breakfast prepared by their chef awaits us to feed us. After breakfast we prepare to continue with our excursion. We continue with the trip to Puca Cocha, on the way you will have to observe the mountains that surround the snowy Ausangate, animal lagoons such as alpacas, llamas, vicuñas, sheep, vizcachas, foxes and you will have time to observe the snowy Ausangate up close ( 6384 m /20944 ft), and you will also have a moment to observe different lagoons of different colors. Around noon we will arrive at our Puca Cocha camp, it depends on how we walk and there you will have a delicious lunch. After lunch you will have free time to explore and take souvenir photos. There you will have dinner and spend the night.

We wake up with a coca tea or tea and your chef will prepare an energizing breakfast. After breakfast, we get ready to go up to the pass and continue our excursion to our kayrawire camp. During the walk we will have many panoramic views, once we arrive at the Apachheta de Ausangate, there you will have time to take photos and you will be in front of Nevado Ausangate. After enjoying our time we will go down to Ananta for 2 hours, there you will have lunch. After lunch we continue to our camp, and we will go up to the Warmi Saya pass (a giant rock). We will rest for a while, then we continue until we reach our Kayrawire camp, which is near the rainbow mountain. There you will have the last supper.

We will wake up very early for the last day of our excursion with a coca tea. After breakfast we will leave a little early to arrive first and be the first to visit, we will walk 30 minutes to the Rainbow Mountain or Vinicunca. Your guide will explain about the history, flora and fauna and the colors of the mountain. You will have time to take photos, you can also visit Valle Rojo near the rainbow mountain. After exploring everything we will go down for 2 hours to the Cusipata bus station. Private transport will wait for you to pick you up and return to Cusco. Lunch will be in the town of Cusipata. Great Day Tour to Rainbow Mountain We took the one day tour with Jason to Rainbow Mountain; they took us to a different route which was only a 30 minute hike to the peak as opposed to the normal 2 hour route. The drive to this was much much longer though and the car was not comfortable which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. It would've been nice to have been consulted with this decision as well, but luckily, we were all happy and glad to be on the shorter hike since we were exhausted from a 4 day hike that we completed the night before.Jason was great, enthusiastic and friendly. Rainbow Mountain itself is simply stunning, you cannot go to Cusco and not visit this wonder. Danzak Peru offers very reasonable prices too which is always a huge advantage.

Maras - Moray - Chinchero When we were in Cusco we did this nice day trip. We had the luck of being guided by Jason. He entertained us during the tour with his enthusiasm and lots of interesting facts. We visited the salt mines of Maras, got introduced to the Andean weaving techniques in Chinchero and learned about the 7.000 different kinds of potatoes in Moray :). We finished the tour with a delicious Peruvian meal and Pisco sour. A day well spent.

Muy buena experiencia La verdad nos gusto mucho la atención por parte de Nayda. Siempre estuvo en comunicación y al pendiente de lo que necesitaramos.
